Responsibilities

• Set sales goals and adjust targets as needed.
• Run in-store events and plan off-site events for sales opportunities.
• Assess processes, identify improvements, and implement them.
• Handle customer service, sales activities, and floor tasks to meet service standards.
• Maintain security and safety of personnel.
• Lead team huddles and communicate changes.
• Ensure banking and cash handling are up to date.
• Develop quotas and assign leads for team members.
• Provide sales forecasts and strategic guidance.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
• Assess performance and suggest corrective actions.
• Recruit, hire, and train the sales team.
• Maintain store upkeep and presentation.
