Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation is hiring a Retail Sales Manager to lead a store team and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will drive sales through a proven process, recruit and coach talent, and manage store operations with a focus on results.

You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced environment, utilizing Sleep Number programs to boost traffic and achieve ambitious goals, while ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales management or team leadership experience.
• Strong ability to recruit, train, engage, and retain top talent.
• Adept with store tech including POS systems and sales demos.
• Energetic leader who drives results in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States and fluent in English.
