Job summary

Knitwell Group in Philadelphia is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer and associate experiences, drive profitability through exceptional operations, visual standards, and community engagement. You will coach your team to reach their potential and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers and staff.

You will hire and build an effective store team, oversee opening and closing, manage budgets and payroll, and use reporting to shape short- and long-term retail plans.

You’ll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)

• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates

• Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent

• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system

• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results

• Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
