Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Loves Park, Illinois. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct staff, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals.

We offer an eight-week leadership training program, hands-on paid training, and a generous benefits package including health coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for growth into management

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• It's up to you to make your store a success.
