Who Are We Looking For

An experienced entrepreneurial leader with Outlet experience for our flagship outlet in Sawgrass Mills. The Store Manager is a dynamic leader who excels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strategic foresight and promoting collaboration. This role requires decisive action to drive business initiatives forward effectively. Responsible for creating and implementing business strategies, the Store Manager will cultivate the Boutique as a hub for client engagement and community connection. As an Ambassador of the Maison, they will embody and uphold its values throughout all interactions and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Development and Brand Ambassador: Ensure excellence in the in-store experience by maintaining a strong front-of-house presence and fostering a “couture service” mindset.
  • Lead the Boutique team by coaching, motivating, and supporting them to ensure effective adoption and understanding of company strategies.
  • Consistently embody Valentino’s values and actively engage the local community with the brand.
  • Attract and recruit new clients from personal network and external partners.
  • Establish a goal-oriented selling culture focused on Clienteling; relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Business and Sales Performance
  • Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales targets while ensuring operational integrity and profitability.
  • Analyze and monitor store KPIs, devising action plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop and review annual store strategies aligned with broader company goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless execution of business plans.
  • Identify opportunities through strategic partnerships.
  • Manage personnel expenses within budget and adhere to discount policies.
  • Work with Merchandising and Buying teams to ensure relevant product availability.
  • Report weekly sales trends and opportunities to the Valentino Leadership team.
Team Leadership & Management
  • Foster an inclusive, motivating environment valuing diversity and teamwork.
  • Provide feedback, manage conflicts professionally, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Set SMART goals, optimize staffing, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and organize team activities.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and handle personnel issues appropriately.
CRM and Events Management
  • Enhance client experience through proactive sales and adherence to Valentino’s standards.
  • Implement clienteling strategies and manage client database for marketing.
  • Participate in community events to increase brand visibility.
Store Operations and Merchandise
  • Optimize store performance through operational policies.
  • Oversee inventory, shipping, and store maintenance.
  • Manage cash systems and ensure compliance with policies.
Visual Merchandising
  • Coordinate with Visual Merchandising team to implement strategies.
  • Maintain visual standards and store displays.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 5 years of Store Management or leadership experience.
  • Luxury department store experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proven results in team development and sales achievement.
  • Strong knowledge of product and client journey.
  • Excellent business acumen and KPI understanding.
  • Proactive, motivating leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in store systems.
