Position

As a Fendi Assistant Store Manager, you will support the overall management of the team, merchandise, and client experience. You will lead and develop the team to ensure operational excellence, drive sales, and deliver the highest level of client service. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire the team, build succession plans, and foster internal growth.

Responsibilities
  • Empower and support the team to meet individual and store objectives.
  • Assist with in-store training and onboarding of new hires.
  • Act as Store Manager in their absence.
  • Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talent in partnership with store leadership.
  • Lead the team to build a positive work environment, encouraging collaboration.
  • Assess and lead team performance.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by supporting customer journey, sales ceremonies, and client retention.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines.
Client and Business Management
  • Build and maintain client books, conduct in-store appointments, and meet sales goals.
  • Maintain high-quality customer service.
  • Develop plans to improve Mystery Shopper results.
  • Implement CRM tools and develop dedicated client relationships.
  • Stay informed about market trends and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
  • Support long-term client relationship building and clienteling efforts.
  • Foster a client-centric store culture to ensure exceptional service.
  • Partner with leadership to communicate strategies and business operations.
  • Create action plans to boost sales and product performance using visual merchandising and training.
Visual Merchandising
  • Coordinate with Visual Merchandising to ensure standards are met and sales performance is optimized.
Inventory Management
  • Ensure merchandise is properly handled, displayed, and maintained.
  • Support inventory accuracy and shrink control procedures.
  • Complete opening and closing inventory counts.
Retail Performance
  • Ensure proper cash, credit, and check processing procedures are followed.
  • Maintain petty cash in accordance with policies.
  • Support store standards and deliver morning briefs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management.
  • RTW experience is preferred.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.
  • Team-oriented with organizational and digital literacy skills.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
