Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets.
• Sets controllable cost targets and develops local store marketing plans.
• Trains store personnel to execute procedures for quality products and customer service.
• Maintains store cleanliness and ensures high Q.S.C. scores.
• Responds to customer feedback and drives continuous improvement.
