Job summary

Carlisle Corporation, a Wendy's franchisee, is seeking a General Manager for a Fort Wayne, IN location. You will execute the store plan to meet sales, customer satisfaction and profit goals by staffing, training and maintaining operations.

You will lead staff across departments, manage budgets, control costs, run training programs, ensure quality, service and cleanliness, and drive local marketing in the community.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1-2 years management/operations experience in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets and develops local store marketing plans.
• Sets and manages controllable cost targets and communicates variances.
• Determines staffing requirements and ensures adequate management depth.
• Trains store personnel to deliver quality products and service.
• Oversees service times, customer courtesy and satisfaction.
• Maintains store cleanliness and executes the cleaning plan.
• Trains and develops managers; promotes high-performing crew members.
• Uses store systems for cost controls and labor efficiency.
