Job summary

Runnings in Rock Rapids, IA is seeking a Store Manager to lead our 13,500+ square foot retail location. You’ll build a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive financial results in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

The role requires 5+ years of retail or hospitality management in a high-volume setting, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to coach staff, control costs, and maintain safety and loss prevention.
