Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements, no later than 12 months from Store Manager position start date.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes customer service; provides training and action plans for improvement.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and cash handling.
• Analyzes financial data; develops plans to increase sales and control costs.
• Manages team performance, hiring decisions and training.
