Acima is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day activities at a partner store, driving revenue and overseeing the team responsible for leasing services. You will manage staff, train coworkers, and implement sales strategies to achieve store goals while maintaining top-notch customer experience.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and offers bonus opportunities along with comprehensive benefits as part of Acima's payroll practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven track record of success in retail sales management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of all store coworkers on a day-to-day basis.
• Motivate, evaluate, coach, and counsel store staff, including discipline when needed.
• Identify and promote coworkers to Store Manager and Assistant roles.
• Establish partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals and educate about leasing.
• Train and assess colleagues' commitment to customer service.
• Oversee sales objectives and convert rental/lease agreements to grow revenue.
• Address issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Lead a positive work environment to reduce turnover.
• Hire and interview coworkers for the store.
