Job summary

Acima is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations at a partner store. You will recruit, train, and coach coworkers, maximize revenue, and ensure high standards of customer service across all store activities.

This full-time role requires a proven retail leadership track record, ability to work flexible hours including weekends, and strong communication skills. Compensation includes a salary with potential bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven track record in retail sales management

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day store coworker activities and tasks
• Motivate, coach, and counsel coworkers to meet performance standards
• Nurture and promote coworkers to Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager roles
• Establish partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals and educate on leasing
• Train, supervise, and assess coworker performance and customer service quality
• Enhance sales and account management skills through ongoing coaching
• Address and resolve coworker and customer issues to maintain satisfaction
