Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high energy Store Manager to oversee all operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will lead a dynamic team, uphold our mission of dignity, service, hope and partnership, and drive store performance in Kentucky.

Responsibilities include improving processes with the senior store manager, managing expenses and payroll, prioritizing loss prevention and safety, training and coaching Associates and Assistant Managers, and ensuring a positive shopping

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years of management/supervisory experience
• Retail, logistics, warehouse, or light manufacturing experience is a plus
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Travel to other locations beyond the assigned work location is required

Goodwill Kentucky is looking for a high energy, detail-oriented Store Manager to join our team! This position would be responsible for all operations in a fast paced, dynamic, and rewarding environment. The individual will need to be highly motivated and passionate about Goodwill’s mission, accepting of a changing environment, and constantly looking to influence the outlook of the company.

Pay: $50,000

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights. 45 pounds to be consistent with ASM requirement.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
