Job summary

Empire Hospitality Group is seeking a Store Manager for a Wilmington, OH location to lead a single Quick Service Restaurant. You will drive sales growth, foster a strong team culture, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

You will oversee staffing, training, and compliance with food safety standards, and collaborate with the District Manager to set and beat performance goals. Previous QSR leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in QSR or hospitality.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• ServSafe or ANSI Certified Food Manager Certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth performance.
• Maintain KPIs and compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Enforce company policies and uphold standards across operations.
• Develop staff through training and ensure timely completion of required training.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to set and exceed performance goals.
• Drive store strategies to grow customer base and profitability.
• Submit daily/weekly reports to the District Manager for review.
