Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Store Manager in Pleasant Prairie, WI to lead the customer and associate experiences in our retail location. You will drive profitability by focusing on customer experience, operations, visual standards, and community engagement.

You will coach the team to reach their full potential, hire effectively, and ensure a welcoming environment for customers and peers, while leveraging technology for a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results.
• Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.
