Job summary

Ann Taylor in Clinton Township, MI is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, and engage customers while building strong relationships with your team.

You will mentor, hire, and develop talent, leverage technology for a seamless omnichannel experience, and drive operational excellence and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
