Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Store Manager for the Gilroy, CA location. You will lead customer and associate experiences, drive profitability, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service in a polished, welcoming environment.

You will oversee daily operations, leverage technology for omnichannel shopping, and develop staff through training and mentorship to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and action plans.

You’ll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)
