Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Apache Junction, AZ is seeking a store supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise 2+ full-time staff, recruit and train hires, ensure the store is clean, stocked and priced correctly, and maintain a positive customer experience.

You will schedule staff, manage cash handling, analyze daily sales, and work to maximize profits while upholding safety standards and company policies in a fast-paced convenience-store setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for CSR, LSR and SA job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer at the store, including reports, inventory control, cash control, and related forms.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the activities of 2 or more full-time employees and recruit/train staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stocking, organization and pricing to Company standards.
• Schedule employees and ensure excellent customer service and store image.
• Manage cash handling, reports and inventory controls; monitor sales and margins.
• Promote safety, handle customer complaints promptly and communicate with Market Manager.
