Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff as outlined in CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Ability to use a computer and generate reports; inventory control basics.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and train new staff.
• Recruit, hire and develop team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep store clean, stocked, organized and aligned with standards.
• Schedule employees to optimize service and store image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Monitor safety, procedures and compliance; manage cash and reports.
• Analyze daily sales, budgets and margins to maximize profits.
