Job summary

Circle K is seeking a shift supervisor/store lead to manage daily retail operations at the Indiana, PA location. You will supervise two or more full-time staff, recruit and train new team members, and ensure top-tier customer service and store presentation.

You will schedule employees, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with suppliers while maintaining accurate reports in Workday. Availability for extended hours and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff across CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Experience using computer systems for reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees (CSR/LSR/SA).
• Recruit, hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees and manage store operations per company standards.
• Maintain store image, stock, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Analyze daily sales and budgets to maximize profits.
