Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Leader to supervise 2+ full-time employees and drive excellent customer service at the Mars, PA location. You will recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff while maintaining store standards, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and processes as per CSR/LSR/SA descriptions.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Experience with inventory, cash controls and reporting is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and loss prevention concepts.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees including Assistant Managers and Customer Service Representatives.
• Recruit, hire and train staff to meet company standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize customer service and store image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and manage margins.
• Keep store files, inventory, and reports accurate and timely.
