Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/LSR/SA job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/LSR/SA job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and complete and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, employment related forms, etc.
• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to have open availability.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees including Assistant Manager(s), Lead Representative(s) and Customer Service Representative(s).
• Recruits, hires and trains positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develops and assigns tasks to maintain a clean, stocked, organized store.
• Maintains professional and supportive relationships with staff and supervisor.
• Schedules employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and store image.
• Implements non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and counseling.
