Responsibilities

Directly supervise the activities of 2+ full-time employees including Assistant Manager(s), Lead Representative(s) and Customer Service Representative(s).
Recruits, hires and trains employees to ensure excellent customer service.
Manages scheduling, merchandising, and store cleanliness to company standards.
Develops relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints promptly.
Ensures safety, attendance and adherence to company policies.
