Circle K in Anderson, IN seeks a full-time Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, operate cash registers and fuel/lottery terminals, and maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards. The role includes supervising staff as needed, managing scheduling, and ensuring accurate daily cash and sales records.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 months to 1 year of retail and management work experience preferred
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly
• Ability to handle customers and problems using standard procedures
• Ability to work as scheduled including arriving on time
• Experience operating cash registers or scanners and related equipment

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner
• Rings up sales on cash register and handles money, checks and other payments
• Operate fuel console, lottery machines, money order machine, telecom transactions
• Maintain store facility condition and report issues to Store Manager
• Monitor product areas, stock shelves, rotate products and adjust signage
• Ensure shift sales are completed according to company policies and correct pricing
• Keep accurate cash, sales, payroll and inventory records and report variances
• Supervise staff and schedule employees to maximize customer service and store image
• Maintain safety and protect company assets; report incidents and unsafe conduct
• Complete daily store reports and assist with end-of-shift procedures
