Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Proven success in leading sales teams to exceed KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Operational expertise across scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Keyholders.
• Drive store KPIs including sales, conversion, UPT, and AOV with coaching.
• Maintain brand-level execution of visual merchandising and floor presentation standards.
• Own store performance and collaborate with regional leaders on activations and growth.
