Job summary

Wysdohm, a Cedarburg-based eco-boutique, seeks a Store Manager to run day-to-day operations and lead a small team in wellness, fashion, and refills. You’ll nurture regulars, welcome new customers, and shape store processes for scalable growth as we expand across the Midwest.

You’ll hire, train, and schedule staff, drive sales through promotions and thoughtful displays, and manage inventory while upholding the all-sales-final policy. This is a ground-floor leadership role with room to grow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience; supervisory or key-holder experience strongly preferred.
• Genuine love of fashion and interest in low-waste, sustainable living.
• Warm, confident communication with customers and teammates.
• Organized and self-directed, able to make decisions in a small business without a corporate playbook.
• Comfortable with POS systems (Shopify), basic sales reporting, and scheduling tools.
• Availability for weekends, some evenings, and holiday season shifts.
• Interest in growing into a larger leadership role as Wysdohm expands.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through how the refillery works.
• Run the floor: open/close, handle cash, keep the shop clean and merchandised.
• Lead the team: hire, train, schedule, and give feedback.
• Drive sales: monitor daily numbers, promotions, and displays.
• Manage inventory: track stock, flag reorders, receive shipments, control shrink.
• Handle tough moments: enforce policies, resolve issues, and be the face when owners are away.
• Represent Wysdohm at community events and assist with social media content.
• Attend weekly team meetings and keep ownership updated.
