Job summary

Wysdohm, a boutique in Cedarburg, WI, seeks a Sales Associate to greet guests, help them discover wellness products, and explain our refillery system. You will work with a small team at our flagship store and contribute to a welcoming, community-focused shopping experience.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining store aesthetics, handling transactions, and supporting inventory and events. Weekend/evening availability is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Strong interest in wellness and sustainable living.
• Friendly, outgoing and confident starting conversations with customers.
• Reliability, punctuality and teamwork.
• Attention to detail from merchandising to product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find products and outfits they love.
• Explain the refillery process and assist with bottle fills.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and well-merchandised.
• Handle cashless and cash transactions at the register and explain store policies.
• Assist with receiving shipments, tagging new items, and inventory counts.
• Represent Cedarburg at community events and help with social media when needed.
• Attend weekly team meetings and share customer feedback with the Store Manager.

About Wysdohm

Wysdohm is an independent Eco-boutique in the heart of downtown Cedarburg. The brand fulfills a gap in the market where consumers are striving to become more wellness-oriented and conscious in the role of consumption. We carry thoughtfully chosen wellness products, boho apparel and home goods, alongside a refill bar for household products, family and personal care products, and cleaner skincare. Customers buy their first Wysdohm bottle and come back to refill it for a fraction of the cost. The brand adds a "chic" aspect to eco-consciousness.

And we're growing. We plan to open stores across the United States, including five new Wysdohm locations throughout the Midwest in the coming year, and we want to build that future with people who start with us now. We're a small, owner-run shop, so every member of our team helps shape how the store feels every day.

The Role

As a Sales Associate, you're the face of Wysdohm. You'll welcome every guest, help shoppers discover wellness products, apparel, and home goods they love, show first-timers how the refillery works, and keep the shop looking its best. You'll work closely with our Store Manager as part of a small, friendly team at our flagship store. At Wysdohm, it is all about having connected moments with the customers.

What You'll Do

• Take care of customers. Greet every guest warmly, get to know our regulars, and help shoppers find products and outfits they feel great about.
• Share the refillery. Explain how refills work, help customers choose products, and fill bottles accurately and cleanly.
• Keep the shop beautiful. Fold, steam, restock, and merchandise products; keep the refill station clean and stocked.
• Ring up sales. Handle the register, cash, and card transactions accurately, and explain our all-sales-final policy kindly and clearly.
• Help behind the scenes. Unpack shipments, tag new arrivals, and assist with inventory counts.
• Be part of Cedarburg. Help at community events, downtown festivals, and local partnerships, and pitch in on social media content when needed.
• Be part of the team. Attend the weekly team meeting on Mondays and share customer feedback with the Store Manager.

Grow With Us

As Wysdohm opens new locations, we'll look first to our own team to fill key holder, assistant manager, and store manager roles. If you're interested in retail leadership, this is a chance to start on the ground floor and grow with us.

What We're Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required; we will train the right person
• A genuine love of fashion and interest in wellness and low-waste, sustainable living
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with customers
• Reliable, punctual, and a good teammate
• Attention to detail, from folding tables to filling bottles
• Comfort with POS systems (Shopify experience is a plus)
• Availability for weekends, some evenings, and holiday season shifts

Physical Requirements

• Must be 16 or older
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs (refill drums and shipment boxes)
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
