Wysdohm, a Cedarburg-based eco-boutique, seeks a Store Manager to run day-to-day operations and lead a small team in wellness, fashion, and refills. You’ll nurture regulars, welcome new customers, and shape store processes for scalable growth as we expand across the Midwest.
You’ll hire, train, and schedule staff, drive sales through promotions and thoughtful displays, and manage inventory while upholding the all-sales-final policy. This is a ground-floor leadership role with room to grow.
Wysdohm is an independent Eco-boutique in the heart of downtown Cedarburg. The brand fulfills a gap in the market where consumers are striving to become more wellness-oriented and conscious in the role of consumption. We carry thoughtfully chosen wellness products, boho apparel and home goods, alongside a refill bar for household products, family and personal care products, and cleaner skincare. Customers buy their first Wysdohm bottle and come back to refill it for a fraction of the cost. The brand adds a “chic” aspect to eco-consciousness.
And we're growing. We plan to open stores across the United States, including five new Wysdohm locations throughout the Midwest in the coming year, and we want to build that future with people who start with us now. We're a small, owner-run shop, so the person in the manager role shapes how the store feels every day.
As Store Manager, you'll run day-to-day operations and be the owner's right hand. You'll lead a small team, take care of our regulars, welcome new faces from Washington Avenue, and help grow all sides of the business: wellness, fashion and refills. We are looking for someone who is interested in developing at the ground level the processes and procedures at the flagship store that can be scaled as the business expands.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. As Wysdohm expands, our first Store Manager will help shape how every future location runs, from training new teams to setting the standard for the customer experience. For the right person, that path can lead to roles like multi-store leadership, training new managers, or helping open new locations.
Wysdohm is an equal opportunity employer.
