Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in store leadership and operations preferred.
• Ability to relocate or travel within a 50-mile radius from home store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates.
• Achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training and prepare for future GM advancement.
