Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Store Manager for Regular/Full time at Store 2290-The Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Twp, MI. Lead customer and associate experiences, drive profitability, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.

You will manage operations, budgeting, and payroll, while developing talent and promoting inclusive store culture. 2+ years in retail or service industry preferred.

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results.
• Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.

• Analyze reporting to develop short and long-term retail plans.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing.
