Ann Taylor in Clinton Township, MI is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer and associate experiences, drive profitable store performance, uphold visual standards, and foster community engagement. You will hire, develop, and retain talent; manage daily operations including opening and closing; and use reporting tools to optimize payroll, budgeting, and store profitability.

You’ll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results
