Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location, oversee hiring, training, and guest service, and drive financial performance.

You’ll complete an 8+ week leadership training program and benefit from a comprehensive rewards package, including health plans, 401k, paid time off, and growth opportunities.

This role requires flexibility for opening/closing shifts, a Serve Safe certification, and willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Deliver a strong leadership training program for new and existing staff.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure performance targets and guest satisfaction.
