Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in Fayetteville, NC to lead a Panda Express location. You’ll hire, coach and direct associates to hit financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. We provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success.

Key responsibilities include daily operations, staff scheduling, safety compliance, and maintaining food quality. A flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and direct store associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, food safety, and customer service to ensure Panda Express standards are met.
