Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location in Frontis, North Carolina. You will manage staff, drive sales, and ensure guest experiences are outstanding.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program and a flexible schedule that may include opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role requires relocation within 50 miles and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for open/close shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, driving financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and supervise store associates.
• Direct daily activities to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete 8+ weeks of Store Leadership Training.
