Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the Fayetteville area. You will assist in operating a single Panda Express store, hire and lead associates, and strive to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program designed to prepare you for success in a fast-paced environment. Panda offers mentorship and a supportive community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a store leadership training program of 3 or more weeks.
