Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and support hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Contribute to leadership and training initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Participate in and complete the store leadership training program (3+ weeks).
