Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing of associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the store team to ensure high standards and brand consistency.
• Participate in and complete an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program with mentorship and development support.
