Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single store, hire and manage associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences. It’s up to you to make your store a success.

We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you grow professionally and personally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Eight weeks or more of store leadership training will be provided to prepare you for success.
