Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship through Panda's Store Management Leadership Training program.
