As a Store Manager, you will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to reach financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop store team to deliver results and maintain Panda standards.
• Participate in store leadership training and apply learnings from the 8+ weeks program.
