Sportsman's Warehouse is seeking a Store Manager in Oregon to lead the store team, drive sales, optimize profitability, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will oversee operations, inventory, staff development, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a retail store manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to raise customer pool, increase store traffic and profitability.
• Meet sales goals by training and coaching sales staff.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain and review inventory, labor, department, and store sales reports.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and price changes.
• Train and develop Department Managers in daily duties, including hiring and coaching.
