Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting company values; partners on engaging visual experiences.
• Leads and supports the team to elevate store experience through omni-channel capabilities, merchandising, and display.
• Cultivates a welcoming environment by delivering exceptional customer experiences that are engaging, efficient, and personalized.
• Builds a succession plan by recruiting and interviewing to build an external network of talent.
• Provides feedback and onboarding for new hires, ensuring development paths and employee engagement.
• Oversees scheduling and payroll management, ensuring operational accuracy and compliance.
• Guides visual priorities for the store and interprets Home Office visual direction.
