Job summary

Tillys is seeking a Store Manager in Hemet, CA to lead a team of associates and managers. You will be responsible for all aspects of running the store, including staffing, operations, and achieving company goals while delivering the Tillys Experience to every customer.

You will recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate a team, fostering a fun, upbeat environment where productivity meets customer focus. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits and in-store discounts.
