Job summary

Tillys in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of Associates and Managers. You will oversee all store operations and deliver the Tillys Experience to every Customer, ensuring exceptional service and sales results.

You will recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate a high-performing team, build a fun, upbeat environment, and align daily activities with company goals and brand standards. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth.

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of Associates and Managers to consistently deliver an amazing Tillys Experience to every Customer. You will be responsible for all aspects of running a Store, including managing the Store Team and overseeing all Store operations to achieve Company goals and objectives.
