Job summary

Tillys in Corona, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of Associates and Managers and drive a consistent, exceptional customer experience in-store.

You will supervise daily store operations, implement company goals, and maintain a fun, upbeat environment that balances productivity with customer focus. This role requires recruiting, training, and developing a cohesive team to achieve targets.

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of Associates and Managers to consistently deliver an amazing Tillys Experience to every Customer. You will be responsible for all aspects of running a Store, including managing the Store Team and overseeing all Store operations to achieve Company goals and objectives. Compensation

Hourly Salary Range: $23.08 - $26.89. Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
