DIFF Eyewear in Tampa, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead a new flagship opening. You will hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, establish operations, and deliver outstanding customer experiences that align with the DIFF brand.

This role requires entrepreneurial leadership, responsibility for sales and profitability, and close collaboration with Marketing and District Manager to drive local community engagement and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Store Manager or equivalent leadership role in retail.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Experience with retail systems and core technologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead all new store opening efforts including hiring, onboarding, training, merchandising, and operational setup.
• Manage inventory, losses, and daily store operations to meet goals.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic initiatives and team motivation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
