You will drive high-volume performance, manage stock flow, and ensure visual merchandising and brand presentation are on point, while leading recruitment, scheduling, and loss prevention with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to create an unforgettable customer experience at Princess Polly.
• Drive performance of a high-volume store, hitting KPIs like conversion, ATV, and UPT.
• Build, coach and inspire a team that embodies the Polly brand.
• Oversee stock flow, replenishment and sell-through for maximum availability.
• Deliver visual merchandising and brand presentation standards to inspire customers.
• Manage recruiting, payroll control and scheduling for balanced experience and performance.
• Ensure compliance, cash handling and loss prevention with accountability.
• Collaborate with Retail Leadership and HQ to bring campaigns to life in store.
