Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Store Manager in Dallas to lead the customer and associate experiences, drive profitable operations, and uphold visual standards. You’ll coach a diverse team, foster community engagement, and ensure a welcoming environment across all touchpoints.

In this role you’ll manage day-to-day store operations, leverage technology for seamless omnichannel service, and develop strategies to hit store goals while promoting the brand’s values and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

You’ll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)
