Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Store Manager for Store 1660-Renaissance at Colony Park-ANN-Ridgeland, MS 39157. You will lead customer and associate experiences, driving profitability, visual standards, and community engagement in a dynamic retail setting.

You will coach your team to reach their full potential, leverage technology for seamless omnichannel experiences, and manage day-to-day operations including opening and closing. Eligible for monthly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

You'll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)
