Your new role

As the Store Manager of our Mathers Miranda flagship store, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the success of your store. You'll lead your team to provide exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain high operational standards. Our state-of-the-art Point of Sale system will support you in driving results.

Duties

• Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock management
• Manage rosters and control wages
• Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to achieve store targets
• Coach, develop, and mentor your team
